There are two ways to sign up to the 'My Account' feature on our website. If you are purchasing products from us you will be asked during the checkout process if you would like to set up an account. Alternatively, if you wish to open an account with a view to purchasing from us at a later date, you can set up your account from the home page by clicking on 'My Account' and registering your details.
If you would like to just register for our newsletter, please use the sign up section at the bottom of any page and you will be given the choice to register for the newsletter or apply for a full account offering further features and incentives. Why set up an Account?
There are a number of benefits for registering your account details with us, they are:
- Rapid ordering - our database will retain your name, address details, telephone number and email address which means that when you sign in using your email and password there will be no need to re-enter your personal details when re-ordering from us.
We securely retain your personal information purely for use in recalling your details on our website and at no point will we exchange this information with any third party without your consent.
- Order Tracking - Once your order is placed you will be able to track your order from the initial allocation of stock through the picking, packing and despatch stages.
- Newsletter - Sign up for our regular newsletters and we will conveniently email you with updates regarding new products and promotions.
- Order History - You can also track your complete order history with us that will show you the dates and items in your order
- Amend Personal Details - You can amend any of your personal details at any time should you, for example, move house or change your email address
FREE 1 hour Delivery Service
We have partnered with Interlink Express to give you an exclusive timed delivery service for our UK Mainland Customers providing you with a precise one hour delivery slot in which your order will arrive.
By introducing this exciting delivery method we have put a stop to the 'sorry I missed you' cards dropping through your door or even having to take a full day off work waiting for a parcel that might never arrive.
On the day of delivery you will receive an email* which confirms a one hour delivery slot so you don't have to wait around all day.
We have given you complete control of the service so if you are not going to be at home to sign for the package, simply email back and arrange for your goods to be delivered on a more convenient date.
*If you are able to receive your email on your mobile phone you will be able to re-arrange delivery on the move making the service even more flexible.
Please note that this service is not available on small or light items that will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post.
We aim to despatch all of our orders within 48 hours of receipt on our standard service but if you live on the UK Mainland and require a next day service place your order before 2.00pm and choose the next day option in the shopping basket.
Orders received after 2.00pm will go out the next working day.
Our standard delivery prices are quoted below in Sterling for delivery to the UK Mainland only.

The above services are not available to Non-UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands locations and will be sent by Interlink Express on their standard two day service. Please choose the correct option for your address from the drop down box in the shopping basket when checking out your order. Incorrect addressing will lead to delays in despatch until the correct postage has been paid.

Please note that Non-UK Mainland and Scottish Highland orders over £75 will not be eligible for free delivery.
Most of our orders are fulfilled in a single box - however if you order large multiple items these can sometimes require more than one box and it is up to you to ensure you sign for the correct amount of boxes upon delivery. If the product(s) are in stock we aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of payment clearing. Should there be any problems with your order, we will contact you immediately to discuss the options. Should this be unsatisfactory we will, without any delay, offer you a full refund.
We do not deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses.
Delivery is Monday to Friday; courier orders leaving us on Friday on a next day service will be delivered on Monday. Weekend orders will be dealt with on Monday. If you want us to send an order overseas into Europe or Worldwide please contact us before placing your order so we can provide you with an accurate quote for delivery depending on your location. Please email us the products you are interested in and the delivery address firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply as soon as possible.
For any product that is delivered directly from our suppliers the delivery information will be stated on the product listing and will be subject to there own terms of delivery.
Our products come in all shapes and sizes and as an environmentally aware company we sometimes recycle the suppliers packaging if it is the correct shape for the order to be sent safely to you instead of trying to match it to one of our own standard size boxes.
We also recycle a large percentage of our cardboard packaging by shredding it to use as void fillers to ensure your products are protected and do not move around in transit.
We use a secure 128-bit encrypted payment service through SagePay and we can accept the following card payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta and Maestro.
Little Bundles takes our customers security very seriously. For this reason we have chosen to utilise SagePay as our backend payment processor. When you place an order with us you will enter your personal details, including shipping address, contact details, telephone number and e-mail address through our secure server. Your card details will then be authorised by SagePay. At no stage will your card details ever be stored by us. On successful completion of the transaction you will automatically be sent a confirmation e-mail.
We also use the industry leading internet payment company PayPal to protect your card details and protect from fraud. PayPal keeps your information safe. We will never actually see your bank or credit card details; they are passed in a highly secure way directly to PayPal for processing. Industry-leading fraud prevention is just one of the reasons PayPal is a safe way to pay online. PayPal uses proprietary technology and constantly innovates to monitor transactions and maintain a secure payment system. Credit/Debit cards are debited before items are shipped or before services are activated by Cheshire Times Limited-trading as Little Bundles.
The Card Security Code
The card security code (also referred to as the CV2 or verification value) is a number added to credit and debit cards in order to verify that you are holding the payment card being submitted.
To find it, look on the signature strip on the back of the card. There should be a number printed on it. The code you need is the final 3 digits of this number. So if, for example, the number printed on your signature strip is "1234 567", the code is "567".

We will replace or refund all returns notified to us within 7 days. Please email us first at email@example.com with the reason for the return. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition in their original inner and outer packaging at your expense.
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty we will strive to provide you with a replacement product as quickly as we can, or a refund for the full price of the goods plus postage and packing. Please note that postage and packing is not refunded for items that are unsuitable or unwanted.

Please obtain a Proof of Posting certificate from your Post Office as we cannot be responsible for parcels that are lost on return to us. Your statutory rights are not affected.

There is no charge for withdrawing an order prior to the despatch of your products. To cancel an order call 0845 257 4319 or firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and reason for cancellation.
