Little Bundles is a family run business based in the market town of Alton in Hampshire where we run a successful shop in the town and also this website business covering the UK. Our products are a reflection of our own experiences with raising our two children and watching their imaginations run wild with simple things like wooden bricks, stacking boxes and bead frames to name but a few. We wanted to apply these principles of simplicity versus stimulation to offer other families good quality traditional toys that would engage your children in good old fashioned imaginative play.
In 2004 we initially set up Little Bundles as a website only business so that we could spend as much time as possible with our two young children as we appreciated that you never get the time to do it all over again given that they grow up so fast. Having also promoted our products to local pre-school groups and Primary Schools the rallying cry from parents was that there was not a local shop in the Alton area selling these wonderful products. Listening to our customers we realised that opening a shop in Alton would provide an ideal base for the business whilst multi-channelling our products to the widest possible audience across the whole of the UK. The shop was opened by the Mayor of Alton in March 2006 and we where delighted by the warm response we received and continue to receive from the local community.
For your reassurance we have carefully chosen suppliers that manufacture from sustainable resources and use the minimum of packaging. They are all compliant with the European CE quality standard with some certified as Fair Trade suppliers and provide toys that are imaginative, stimulating, educational and most of all fun. They are also very durable, as we would like you to pass these down through your family for all to enjoy.
